ZTE Repurchases 5.20 Million A-Shares for RMB 181.71 Million, Reducing Outstanding Shares by 0.13%

ZTE CORPORATION disclosed a share buyback executed on 29 June 2026 via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, acquiring 5.20 million A-shares for treasury stock allocation tied to employee share ownership and incentive schemes.

The repurchase was completed at prices ranging from RMB 34.75 to RMB 35.16 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of RMB 34.95. Aggregate consideration reached RMB 181.71 million.

Following the transaction: • Outstanding shares (excluding treasury) declined from 4.01 billion to 4.00 billion, a reduction of 0.13%. • Treasury stock rose to 24.56 million shares, up from 19.36 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 4.03 billion, as the repurchased shares are held in treasury and not cancelled.

The buyback was conducted under domestic exchange rules, and no shares have been earmarked for cancellation to date.
