The total issued share count remained unchanged at 426.67 million shares, as the repurchased stock is being held in treasury.
\n\nThe buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved by shareholders on 17 June 2026, which authorises Luyuan Group Holding to reacquire up to 41.02 million shares. Including the latest transaction, the company has repurchased 2.64 million shares under this mandate, equivalent to 0.64 % of the issued share base on the mandate date.
\n\nIn line with Hong Kong listing regulations, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing, selling or transferring any shares from treasury for 30 days following the repurchase, lasting until 7 August 2026.
