Jiangxi Bank Proposes RMB0.34 Final Dividend per 10 Shares for FY 2025

Jiangxi Bank Co., Ltd. (the “Bank”) announced on 27 March 2026 that its board has recommended a final ordinary cash dividend of RMB 0.34 for every 10 H shares in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The proposal is subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting scheduled for 26 June 2026.

The dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars; the exact HKD amount and the applicable exchange rate will be disclosed separately. Key timetable details—including ex-dividend date, book-closure period, record date and payment date—will also be announced in due course.

Withholding-tax arrangements have been outlined: • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% enterprise income tax will be withheld. • Non-resident individual shareholders resident in Hong Kong, Macau or jurisdictions with a 10% treaty rate: 10% individual income tax will be withheld. • Non-resident individual shareholders from jurisdictions with treaty rates below 10%: tax will be temporarily withheld at 10%. • Non-resident individual shareholders from jurisdictions with a 20% treaty rate or without a treaty: 20% individual income tax will be withheld.

The Bank’s board currently comprises two executive directors, five non-executive directors and four independent non-executive directors, with two non-executive directors pending regulatory approval.
