Road King Infrastructure Limited announced that holders representing more than 75% of the outstanding principal of its existing notes and perpetual securities have signed the Restructuring Support Agreement (RSA), crossing the key threshold for implementing its debt restructuring plan.
To encourage remaining creditors to join, the company has: 1. Extended the Early-Bird RSA Fee deadline to 5:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time) on 26 August 2026. 2. Aligned the General RSA Fee deadline to the same date and time.
Because both deadlines now coincide, any creditor that accedes to the RSA by 26 August 2026 will be eligible only for the Early-Bird RSA Fee—cash equal to 0.20% of the outstanding principal of its qualifying debt as at the record date. No General RSA Fee will be paid.
Management stated that no further extensions are planned and urged remaining creditors to accede via the designated transaction website. The company is working with advisers to complete the remaining steps required for the restructuring and will provide updates in line with Hong Kong listing and securities regulations.
Investors are advised to monitor future announcements and exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
