Beijing Geekplus Technology Co., Ltd. (abbrev. Geekplus) disclosed a share repurchase on 6 October 2026 involving 100,000 Class B weighted-voting-right (WVR) ordinary shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
• Transaction details: Shares were repurchased on-market at prices ranging from HK$7.34 to HK$7.38, implying a volume-weighted average price of approximately HK$7.37 and a total outlay of HK$0.74 million. All repurchased shares will be held as treasury stock; none were cancelled.
• Capital structure impact: – Issued shares (excluding treasury) fell 0.01 % to 971.97 million. – Treasury shares increased to 52.18 million. – Total shares in issue remained unchanged at 1.02 billion.
• Repurchase capacity: The buyback forms part of the general mandate approved on 26 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 102.42 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 52.18 million shares, representing 5.10 % of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date.
• Moratorium: In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Geekplus is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 6 November 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase.
The company confirmed that the transaction complied with all applicable regulatory requirements and that all funds due in respect of the repurchase have been fully settled.
