Standard Chartered Lists USD 2.75 Billion Multi-Tenor Notes on LSE Main Market

Standard Chartered PLC on 13 August 2026 secured admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market for three U.S.-dollar-denominated issues totaling USD 2.75 billion, all launched under the group’s USD 77.50 billion debt-issuance programme.

The transaction comprises: • USD 500.00 million Floating Rate Notes maturing in 2030; • USD 1.00 billion 5.076 % Fixed Rate Reset Notes maturing in 2030; • USD 1.25 billion 5.846 % Fixed Rate Reset Notes maturing in 2037.

Each tranche was issued off the base prospectus dated 23 April 2026, supplemented on 30 April, 19 May, 15 June and 29 July 2026. Final terms, all dated 6 August 2026, have been filed with the UK Financial Conduct Authority and are available via the London Stock Exchange’s document service.

The securities, admitted simultaneously to the FCA’s Official List, carry separate Regulation S and Rule 144A ISINs to facilitate distribution to international and U.S. qualified institutional investors.
