Breton: Chairman Chen Fangming Boosts Stake to 30.47% After Purchasing 50,000 H Shares

Breton Technology Co., Ltd. (Breton) disclosed on 7 May 2026 that Chairman, General Manager and Executive Director Chen Fangming acquired 50,000 H shares during the afternoon trading session on the same day, using personal funds. The purchase represents approximately 0.01% of Breton’s total issued share capital.

Immediately after the transaction, Chen holds 118.72 million shares—comprising 57.80 million domestic shares and 60.92 million H shares—equivalent to 30.47% of the company’s issued share base. Within their respective classes, his ownership equals 41.76% of domestic shares and 24.25% of H shares.

Under an Acting in Concert Agreement dated 30 December 2025, Chen, Yang Hui and Qiu Debo are treated as concert parties. Collectively, the concert group now controls 124.39 million shares, or 31.92% of Breton’s total issued shares, including 57.80 million domestic shares and 66.59 million H shares.

Since initiating his latest round of share accumulation on 2 December 2025, Chen has increased his H-share holdings by a cumulative 750,000 shares. He signalled continued confidence in Breton’s long-term prospects and indicated the possibility of further purchases, subject to regulatory compliance.
