METAOPTICS LTD. held its annual general meeting on Apr, 10 2026 in Singapore, with all 13 ordinary resolutions secured by poll.

Key approvals included:

• Adoption of the audited financial statements for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025.

• Directors’ fees of 115,000 million Singapore dollars for FY2025 and up to 115,000 million Singapore dollars for FY2026, payable quarterly in arrears.

• Re-election of all eight directors who retired by rotation, including Executive Chairman Thng Chong Kim and Chief Executive Officer Aloysius Chua Hao Peng.

• Re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as external auditor and authorisation for directors to fix its remuneration.

• A general mandate allowing directors to issue new shares and instruments up to 100% of issued share capital, with a 50% cap on non-pro-rata issues, valid until the next AGM.

Management reported no shipment delays or component cost increases from the Middle East conflict and said the planned pilot mass-production line for flat lenses in Singapore remains on track for completion by Dec, 31 2029. It also reiterated disciplined capital-raising plans, including a potential U.S. fundraising to support expansion and a prospective Nasdaq listing.
