International Cement Group shareholders clear all resolutions at AGM

International Cement Group Ltd. announced that all eight resolutions tabled at its annual general meeting on Apr, 24 2026 were approved by poll voting.

The meeting endorsed the company’s directors’ statement and audited financial statements for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025, as well as the re-election of directors Ma Zhaoyang, Chng Beng Hua, Wong Loke Tan and Peng Bengang.

Shareholders also approved directors’ fees of about 0.23 million Singapore dollars for the year ending Dec, 31 2026. In addition, Deloitte & Touche LLP was re-appointed as external auditor, and the board was authorised to allot and issue new shares.

All resolutions received at least 99.85% of votes cast in favour, except the re-election of Wong Loke Tan, which was supported by 99.97% of votes. An individual shareholder, Mr Ng Kian Guan, holding 10 million shares, abstained from voting on the directors’ fees resolution.

Following his re-election, Wong Loke Tan will continue to serve as an independent director, chairman of the audit committee and a member of both the nominating and remuneration committees.

Reliance 3P Advisory Pte. Ltd. acted as the scrutineer for the poll.
