Mongolian Mining cuts outstanding shares by 0.06% via HKD 4.10 million buyback

Mongolian Mining Corporation announced that it has cancelled 600,000 ordinary shares that were repurchased on 13 July 2026 and formally cancelled on 13 August 2026. The shares were bought back at a volume-weighted average price of HKD 6.8309 each, implying a total consideration of approximately HKD 4.10 million.

Following the cancellation, the company’s issued share capital fell to 1.02199 billion shares from 1.02259 billion shares, representing a 0.06% reduction. No treasury shares were held before or after the transaction.

Management confirmed that the repurchase and cancellation complied with all applicable Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and regulatory requirements, and that all funds for the buyback had been duly settled.
