China Everbright Water Limited reported that holders of its 2023 first-tranche medium-term notes exercised their resale option for RMB80 million worth of securities during the window from Mar, 27 2026 to Apr, 02 2026.
The notes were repurchased at par (RMB100 for each RMB100 face value), with settlement scheduled for Apr, 17 2026.
After the transaction, about RMB920 million of the tranche remains outstanding and will continue to carry a 1.93% coupon rate.
