Harbin Bank Reports No Share Capital Changes in July 2026 Monthly Return

Harbin Bank Co., Ltd. filed its Monthly Return on Movements in Securities for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged throughout the month.

Authorised share capital stood at 10.99 billion shares, divided into 3.02 billion H-shares and 7.97 billion domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.00.

Issued capital mirrored the authorised structure: 3.02 billion H-shares are listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, while 7.97 billion domestic shares are unlisted. No treasury shares were recorded at month-end, and there were no allotments, cancellations, or repurchases during July.

The bank confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules’ minimum 25% public-float requirement for its H-share class.

No share options, warrants, convertible instruments, or other equity-linked arrangements were outstanding or issued in the period.

The return was submitted on 4 August 2026 by Joint Company Secretary Wu Siliang.
