CBHB Schedules 2025 AGM for 17 Jun 2026, Focusing on 2025 Performance, Dividend Plan, 2026 Budget and Auditor Re-appointment

China Bohai Bank Co., Ltd. (CBHB) will convene its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 17 June 2026, in Meeting Room 6702 of China Bohai Bank Tower, Tianjin.

Key ordinary resolutions to be put to a poll include: 1. Board of Directors’ Report for 2025. 2. Profit Distribution Plan for 2025. 3. Financial Budget Report for 2026. 4. Re-appointment of external auditors for 2026. 5. Loan Reduction and Exemption Authorization Plan. 6. 2024 remuneration for the Chairman.

Shareholders will also receive written reports covering related-party transactions in 2025, performance assessments of the Board and senior management, and details of directors’ liability insurance.

Share register closure: 28 May – 17 June 2026 (both days inclusive). Shareholders must lodge H-share transfer documents with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services by 4:30 p.m. on 27 May 2026 to qualify for attendance and voting.

Proxy arrangements: Eligible shareholders may appoint one or more proxies; completed proxy forms must be received no later than 24 hours before the meeting.

The meeting is expected to last no longer than half a day. Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs and must present valid identification upon arrival.
