Hubei Airport Group Aviation Services Company has recently organized a 2026 training program aimed at enhancing the capabilities of its Party members, cadres, and young key personnel. Since the launch of the "Yuanhang Chucai" training course on August 3rd, various educational sessions have been progressing steadily and in depth.
Participants, including Party members and young leaders from various departments and air traffic control stations, have focused on the theme of establishing and practicing a correct view of performance. Through a diverse range of formats such as specialized lectures, case studies, group competitions, and interactive sessions, they have been solidifying their theoretical foundations and improving their Party affairs and comprehensive management skills, achieving notable phased results.
The training is precisely tailored to align with the Hubei Provincial Party Committee's "Year of Quality Improvement for Cadres" initiative and the company's core safety operations. The curriculum covers four key areas: the "Regulations on Integrity and Self-Discipline for Leaders of State-owned Enterprises," "Building High-Performance Teams," establishing a correct view of performance, and the Party's construction philosophy for the new era. Associate Professor Tan Yulong from the municipal Party school analyzed integrity and self-discipline standards using typical cases from the aviation industry, guiding all participants to firmly embrace the concept that "safety is the greatest achievement" and to strengthen their awareness of discipline and rules. Practical management trainer Chen Huiying focused on high-performance team building, cadre management positioning, and KPI performance control, offering practical methods for frontline team coordination. Meanwhile, senior consultant Zheng Hong delivered specialized lectures on Party brand creation and highlighting advanced models, directly addressing grassroots challenges and outlining pathways for the deep integration of Party affairs and air traffic control operations, providing actionable ideas for improving Party work at various stations.
The classroom environment moved away from one-way instruction, incorporating group discussions, performance topic sharing, and evening coaching sessions. Participants were divided into groups based on their respective units to discuss operational bottlenecks on topics such as empowering air traffic safety through Party building, the responsibilities of young cadres, and grassroots integrity risk prevention. Instructors provided on-site feedback and answers, fostering a strong learning atmosphere.
The training also included warning education sessions, using cases to emphasize discipline and reinforce everyone's sense of responsibility. Young management participants noted that the courses were closely aligned with the realities of control tower operations, effectively opening up ideas for integrating Party building with business work. Young key members stated they would cherish the remaining study time, delving into learning and identifying gaps. So far, the initial theoretical and team training courses have been completed, with all participants strictly adhering to training discipline and balancing training with safe operations.
In the upcoming sessions, the training program will include activities such as a management fundamentals sandbox, grassroots management scenario simulations, and experience-sharing sessions. All participants will continue to deepen their understanding, learn diligently, and benchmark for improvement, transforming classroom knowledge into practical actions to uphold air traffic safety and tackle key work tasks.
