To advance the national strategy of strengthening intellectual property rights and enhance the brand competitiveness of county-level specialty industries, the Youyi County Market Supervision Bureau recently organized the "Intellectual Property Service Thousand-Mile Journey" enterprise support campaign. The initiative deploys staff to the front lines to precisely match the needs of market entities, delivering policy guidance, rights protection assistance, and intellectual property financial services directly to enterprises, cooperatives, and business operators.

On-site targeted guidance was provided to safeguard brand compliance. The campaign focused on local specialty agricultural product industries such as Youyi rice, fresh corn, and glutinous rice. Staff members conducted one-on-one consultations through door-to-door visits, on-site Q&A sessions, and policy briefings. They also used case studies based on the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China to clarify compliance boundaries for product packaging and promotional language, reminding enterprises to guard against legal risks such as trademark infringement and false advertising.

Intangible assets were activated to broaden corporate financing channels. In response to the difficulties enterprises face in intellectual property transformation, staff explained preferential policies including interest subsidies and risk compensation for intellectual property pledge financing. They detailed the procedures for trademark and patent pledges, built a bridge for government-bank-enterprise coordination, and helped enterprises unlock the value of intangible assets to alleviate financing challenges. At the same time, market entities were informed of rights protection and assistance channels, and guided to establish internal risk prevention and control mechanisms to enhance their ability to defend their rights independently.

In addition to on-site enterprise support, staff also set up promotional consultation points in densely populated areas to broaden the reach of legal education. This helped foster an intellectual property culture that respects knowledge, champions innovation, upholds integrity and law-abiding conduct, and promotes fair competition.

Going forward, the Youyi County Market Supervision Bureau will use this campaign as an opportunity to establish a regularized enterprise service mechanism. It will continue to promote brand cultivation for specialty industries and full-chain intellectual property protection, driving the transformation of intellectual property from intangible assets into development momentum, and injecting vitality into the county's high-quality economic development.
