Heilongjiang Province boasts a 2,981-kilometer border that stretches across vast forests, fertile black soil, and winding rivers. Its 18 border counties, cities, and districts are strung together like pearls, each endowed with exceptional ecological resources, strategic geographic advantages, and significant industrial potential.

In recent years, Heilongjiang has steadily improved infrastructure across its border regions and optimized the business environment. Leveraging its open-port location along the frontier, the province has developed cross-border trade, local processing industries, eco-cultural tourism, and ethnic-feature enterprises. These efforts continuously enhance the industrial capacity and population attraction of border areas, creating nearby employment opportunities and ensuring stable income growth for local communities.

In terms of industrial empowerment, the border economy is bursting with vitality. Local governments are capitalizing on their resource endowments to develop distinctive niche tracks. Border counties such as Suifenhe, Hulin, Tongjiang, and Raohe are extending their industrial chains and driving forward with industrial transformation and upgrading.
