JST Group Repurchases 128.80 Thousand Shares, Treasury Stock Rises to 1.27 Million

JST Group Corporation Limited disclosed on 11 May 2026 that it bought back 128,800 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange the same day.

The on-market transactions were executed within a price range of HKD 15.28–15.74, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 15.51 per share. Aggregate consideration reached HKD 1.99 million.

Following the repurchase, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased from 435.12 million to 434.99 million, trimming the public float by 0.03%. Treasury shares expanded from 1.14 million to 1.27 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 436.26 million.

The buyback was carried out under the mandate approved on 5 October 2025, which permits the repurchase of up to 42.60 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 1.27 million shares, equivalent to 0.299% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales is in effect until 10 June 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing rules.
