A new children's play area, the Zhongda International Kids' Paradise, officially opened to travelers for free at Xi'an Airport on August 17th.
Supported by the Shaanxi Charity Federation and the Western Airport Group, this project was funded by Zhongda International's charitable donation and built by Migu Play. It represents a meaningful exploration of how charitable forces can deeply empower public civil aviation services, providing a replicable model for charitable resources from caring enterprises to participate in the construction of airport service facilities.
The newly opened play area is located in the departure hall of Terminal 3, covering 550 square meters. With a deep blue color scheme, it features attractions such as a rainbow slide, a ball pit, a carousel, a children's climbing maze, and trampolines. All equipment is designed with rounded, soft edges, and the floor is covered with a thickened, impact-absorbing mat. Professional attendants are on-site to supervise the children at all times.
Once operational, the play area will provide free benefits for traveling families, allowing children to play in a safe and comfortable environment while parents can relax during their wait. This initiative effectively transforms charitable goodwill into tangible travel satisfaction for passengers.
The service philosophy of Xi'an Airport, which prioritizes people and quality, aligns well with Zhongda International's mission to practice public welfare. This collaboration goes beyond simply upgrading children's facilities; it is a vivid practice of integrating charity and a humanistic airport concept into the civil aviation service scenario.
The successful implementation of this beneficial charitable project breaks away from the traditional model of relying solely on airport investment. It explores a new path to enhance civil aviation service quality by leveraging social public welfare resources. This holds positive demonstrative significance for promoting innovation in civil aviation service supply and creating a warmer, more human-centric travel environment.
In recent years, Xi'an Airport has been deeply practicing the industry's principle of "people's aviation for the people." By addressing the differentiated needs of various passenger groups, it has continuously improved facilities and innovated service scenarios. This has gradually built a human-centric service system covering all age groups and special needs passengers. Looking ahead, Xi'an Airport Company will continue to integrate humanistic concepts into every part of its service chain, consistently enriching its family-friendly public service offerings. This will allow traveling passengers to truly feel the city's charitable warmth and humanistic grace during their journeys.
