China Yongda Automobiles Services Holdings Limited (Yongda Auto) continued its share repurchase programme on 4 June 2026, acquiring 0.60 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HKD 0.81–0.82 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 0.49 million.
• Capital structure unchanged At both the opening (31 May 2026) and closing (4 June 2026) balance dates, the issued share capital stood at 1.84 billion shares. All recently repurchased shares remain classified as “shares pending cancellation,” so they are not yet reflected in the issued‐share figure.
• Pending cancellation volume rises to 9.39 million shares Between 8 April and 4 June 2026, Yongda Auto repurchased 9.39 million shares that have not yet been cancelled. Transaction prices over this period ranged from HKD 1.28 to HKD 0.80.
• Utilisation of 2025 repurchase mandate Since receiving shareholder authorisation on 30 May 2025 to repurchase up to 187.62 million shares, the company has bought back 33.21 million shares, equal to 1.77 % of the share count on the mandate date. The mandate remains 82.28 % unutilised, leaving capacity for a further 154.41 million shares to be repurchased.
• Moratorium on new share issues Under Hong Kong listing rules, Yongda Auto is restricted from issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares until 4 July 2026—30 days after the latest buyback.
All repurchases were executed in compliance with the Hong Kong Main Board Listing Rules, and the company reports no material changes to the explanatory statement filed on 25 April 2025.
