Concord New Energy Group Limited (SEG) announced that, effective Jul, 9 2026, Chen Wei has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and as a member of its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Committee.
The company added that Zhai Feng resigned from the ESG Committee on the same date.
Following these changes, the ESG Committee now comprises Liu Jianhong (chairman), Jesse Zhixi Fang, Chua Pin and Chen Wei.
