JF SmartInvest Holdings Ltd (submitted on 1 April 2026) reported no changes in either authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 31 March 2026, according to its monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Ltd.

• Authorised share capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.00001, equivalent to HKD 20,000.

• Issued shares (excluding treasury stock) stood at 468.18 million, while treasury shares were steady at 0.18 million, leaving total issued shares at 468.36 million. No new shares were issued, cancelled, or repurchased during the period.

• The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s Initial Prescribed Threshold, maintaining at least 25% of issued shares in public hands.

• There were no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments reported for the month.

Chairman Chen Wenbin signed off on the filing, noting that all listing rule requirements for equity movements and public float were satisfied for March 2026.
