Shares of Innoscience have surged more than 10% in today's trading session.

As of the latest update, the stock is up 10.1%, trading at HK$75.75 with a turnover of HK$578 million.

The catalyst for the move is recent news involving the company's senior leadership.

Innoscience's Chairman, Luo Weiwei, and CEO, Wu Jingang, attended the NVIDIA MGX Ecosystem Ceremony in Taipei.

During the event, they met with NVIDIA's founder and CEO, Jensen Huang, NVIDIA's Vice President of Engineering, Gabrielle Gorla, and several other industry leaders.

The discussions centered on AI infrastructure, power architecture evolution, 800V DC power supply, and the large-scale application of gallium nitride power devices in AI data centers.

Public information indicates that NVIDIA has designated the 800V High Voltage Direct Current architecture as the core power solution for its next-generation AI factories at its 2025 technology conference.

Innoscience (HKEX: 02577)

Innoscience holds a unique position as the only Chinese domestic company on NVIDIA's supplier list for its 800V system.

The company has previously successfully supplied products to Google.

Its production capacity for 8-inch gallium nitride wafers has been increased from 13,000 to 20,000 wafers per month.

Analysts suggest that as the adoption of GaN technology continues to grow in data centers and the humanoid robotics sector, the company's financial performance is expected to maintain a strong growth trajectory.
