YNBY International repurchases 4.72 million shares on-market, equal to 0.0495 % of issued share capital

YNBY International Limited announced that it bought back 4.72 million shares on 24 June 2026 through open-market transactions, corresponding to approximately 0.0495 % of the company’s issued share capital (excluding existing treasury shares).

The repurchased shares will be held as treasury stock. Management stated that the action under current market conditions reflects confidence in the company’s business outlook and is intended to enhance shareholder value.

The transaction was carried out in accordance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules, and no material changes have arisen relative to the explanatory statement in the circular dated 24 April 2026. Following the buy-back, the company confirmed that it continues to maintain the required public float of its shares.

The board indicated that additional buy-backs may be pursued when deemed appropriate and in full compliance with applicable regulations. Shareholders and investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
