Zhaoke Ophthalmology Limited disclosed on 24 June 2026 that the company repurchased 1.30 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange between 11 and 24 June 2026. The aggregate volume equals 0.24% of the 548.75 million shares in issue prior to the transactions. All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation and have not yet been removed from the share capital register, leaving the issued share figure unchanged at period-end.

Aggregate repurchases since 11 June were executed under the general mandate approved on 15 May 2026, which authorises buy-backs of up to 54.87 million shares. The completed 1.30 million-share repurchase represents 2.37% of that limit.

Following the latest transaction, Zhaoke Ophthalmology’s issued share capital remains at 548.75 million shares, with no treasury shares recorded. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales is in effect until 24 July 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a).
