Norwegian Sovereign Wealth Fund Reduces Stake in Pharmaron by 55,200 Shares at Approximately HKD 23.63 Each

PHARMARON (ASX: 03759) shares are under some pressure following a recent disclosure from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The exchange's latest data indicates that on July 23, Norges Bank reduced its position in the contract research organization by 55,200 shares. The transaction was executed at an average price of HKD 23.6254 per share, amounting to a total consideration of approximately HKD 1.3041 million.

Following this sale, Norges Bank's total shareholding in Pharmaron now stands at roughly 21.3905 million shares, which equates to a 5.97% stake in the company.
