China Everbright Water Limited (U9E) announced that it will move to electronic dissemination of all corporate communications with effect from Jul, 7 2026, in line with updated requirements of the Hong Kong and Singapore stock exchanges.

All future reports, circulars, notices and other shareholder documents will be posted on the company’s website as well as on the online platforms of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing and the Singapore Exchange. Shareholders will receive a printed notice confirming each upload.

For shareholders whose shares trade in Hong Kong, “actionable” documents requiring a response—such as proxy forms—will be emailed individually. If an email address is not on file or proves non-functional, the company will send hard copies together with a request form to capture a valid email address.

Singapore-listed shareholders will continue to receive printed versions of forms, meeting notices, takeover or rights-issue documents and certain statutory notices by post.

Any shareholder may request hard copies of all future corporate communications at any time by submitting a request form to the company’s Hong Kong or Singapore share registrar. The instruction remains in force until revoked or until the end of the company’s financial year, whichever comes first.

Enquiries can be directed to Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) at +852 2153 1688 or Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services (Singapore) at +65 6536 5355 during business hours.
