Ascletis executes HKD 1.93 million on-market share buyback; outstanding share count steady at 1.07 billion

Ascletis Pharma Inc. disclosed that on 26 June 2026 it repurchased 200,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying between HKD 9.38 and HKD 9.94 per share for an aggregate consideration of HKD 1.93 million. The shares are earmarked for cancellation.

The transaction was conducted under the repurchase mandate granted on 22 May 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 96.28 million shares. Including the latest purchase, Ascletis has repurchased 9.89 million shares—about 1.03 % of the issued share base at the time the mandate was approved.

Issued share capital remains unchanged. As at the close of 26 June 2026, Ascletis had 1.06 billion issued shares (excluding 7.08 million treasury shares), with total shares outstanding at 1.07 billion. The 30-day moratorium on new share issues following the buyback extends to 26 July 2026.
