The company’s authorised capital remained at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001 each, equivalent to USD 0.10 million. Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood unchanged at 406.02 million, while treasury shares were steady at 2.62 million, keeping total issued shares at 408.64 million.
