Neutech Group: Controlling Shareholder Lifts Pledge on 247.47 Million Shares, Equal to 38.30% of Issued Capital

Hong Kong, 14 Apr 2026 — Neutech Group Limited announced that Dongkong First and Dongkong Second, both wholly owned by controlling shareholder Dalian Neusoft Holdings Co., Ltd., have fully released and discharged the 247.47 million pledged shares on 10 Apr 2026.

The released shares—127.47 million and 120.00 million respectively—were originally pledged on 6 Mar 2025 as supplemental collateral for a RMB325.50 million loan. At the time of the pledge, the shares represented approximately 38.30% of Neutech Group’s total issued share capital.

Following the release, Dongkong First and Dongkong Second together hold about 39.29% of the company’s outstanding shares, now free of any pledge.

The board is chaired by non-executive director Dr. Liu Jiren, with a total of nine board members, including three independent non-executive directors.

The disclosure was made under Rule 13.09 and Part XIVA of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and Securities and Futures Ordinance, ensuring timely market transparency on changes in share pledges by the controlling shareholder.
