Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Limited disclosed that it bought back 130,000 ordinary shares on 28 May 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The repurchase was executed within a price range of HK$1.30–HK$1.31 per share, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HK$1.32 per share and an aggregate consideration of HK$0.17 million.
Following the transaction, Comba’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.004 % to 3.13 billion shares, while the company’s treasury share balance rose to 5.43 million shares. The total issued share count, including treasury shares, remained unchanged at 3.13 billion.
The latest buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 14 May 2026, which authorises Comba to repurchase up to 313.14 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 2.87 million shares, equivalent to 0.09 % of the issued share base at the mandate date. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales until 27 June 2026.
