Allstate Declares Quarterly Dividends for Multiple Preferred and Common Stock Series

Additionally, Allstate declared a quarterly dividend of $1.08 per share for its common stock, also unchanged from the prior quarter, representing an annualized dividend of $4.32 per share. Based on the closing price on May 22, the forward dividend yield for the common stock is approximately 2.0%. The common stock dividend is scheduled for payment on July 1, with a record date and ex-dividend date of June 1.
