Kimly Limited announced on Jun, 26 2026 that Non-Executive Independent Directors Wee Tian Chwee Jeffrey and Lim Teck Chai Danny will step down from the board at the conclusion of the company’s annual general meeting scheduled for January 2027.
The retirements follow the nine-year tenure limit for independent directors set by the Catalist Rules. Further details about the meeting will be provided nearer to its date, the company said.
