3D Medicines Recovers HK$7.98 Million in Arbitration with SELLAS; 3D189 Trial Reaches 78 of 80 Target Events

3D Medicines Inc. (3D Medicines) announced the successful enforcement of an arbitral award against SELLAS Life Sciences Group, Inc., receiving full payment of HK$7.98 million in costs. The settlement concludes a licence-related dispute that was dismissed in its entirety by a sole arbitrator, who ordered SELLAS to bear 3D Medicines’ arbitration expenses.

The company confirmed that the ruling is final and binding and does not affect the validity or ongoing execution of the existing licence agreement between the two parties.

Operationally, 3D Medicines reported that the global multi-regional clinical trial (MRCT) of its oncology candidate 3D189 has recorded 78 efficacy events, approaching the predefined endpoint of 80 events.
