SIM TECH Records Stable Share Capital in July 2026; Public Float Remains Compliant

SIM Technology Group Limited (SIM TECH) reported no movement in either authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 31 July 2026, according to its latest Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 August 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital stayed at 3.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, keeping total authorised capital unchanged at HKD 300.00 million.

Issued share capital also remained steady at 2.12 billion ordinary shares, with zero treasury shares held or cancelled during the period. Consequently, there was no equity dilution or increase in treasury stock throughout the month.

SIM TECH confirmed that it continued to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares, ensuring sufficient liquidity in the market.

No activity was recorded under share option schemes, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments, underscoring a consistent capital structure.

The filing was signed by Director and Joint Company Secretary Mr Zhu Wenhui.
