Dmall Repurchases 0.08% of Outstanding Shares for HK$4.09 Million

Dmall Inc. reported a share buy-back of 667,500 ordinary shares on 30 June 2026, executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The purchase, conducted under the company’s board-approved mandate dated 5 June 2026, was completed at prices ranging from HK$6.08 to HK$6.34 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HK$6.13 per share. The aggregate consideration totalled HK$4.09 million.

Following the transaction, Dmall’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 870.14 million, down from 870.81 million, representing a 0.08% reduction. Concurrently, treasury shares rose to 67.37 million, keeping total issued shares unchanged at 937.51 million.

To date, Dmall has repurchased 13.57 million shares under its current mandate—equivalent to 1.54% of the shares outstanding when the mandate was approved—and retains authority to repurchase up to 88.37 million shares in total. In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales until 30 July 2026.
