H-Share Buyback Program's Second Phase Concluded by CIMC

China International Marine Containers (Group) Co.,Ltd. (CIMC) has announced the completion of the second phase of its H-share repurchase plan.

The company stated that the repurchase period for this second batch has now concluded. Between May 26, 2026, and June 15, 2026, the company repurchased 14.2043 million of its H-shares through centralized bidding on the exchange.

These repurchased shares represent approximately 0.4719% of the total issued H-shares, excluding treasury shares, as of the date the general mandate for the H-share buyback was approved. This figure also equates to about 0.2634% of the company's total share capital.

The total amount of funds utilized for this repurchase phase was HK$127 million, excluding transaction costs. The company confirmed that these buybacks were executed in accordance with the established plan for the second batch.

With the completion of this second phase, both the first and second batches of the company's H-share repurchase program have now been fully implemented. In total, the company has repurchased 79.9814 million H-shares through centralized bidding transactions.
