Geo Energy Resources transfers 463,000 treasury shares for option exercise

Geo Energy Resources Limited (RE4) said on Jul, 22 2026 that it transferred 463,000 treasury shares for the exercise of employee options granted under the Geo Energy Share Option Scheme.
Before the transfer, the company held 5.84 million treasury shares, representing 0.329% of its 1.78 billion outstanding shares. Following the transfer, the treasury share balance fell to 5.37 million, or 0.303% of 1.78 billion outstanding shares.
The shares transferred were valued at about 0.13 million Singapore dollars.
