SouthGobi issues 50,000 new shares via option exercise, lifting share count to 297.03 million

SouthGobi Resources Ltd. (SouthGobi) disclosed that on 22 June 2026, 50,000 ordinary shares were issued following the exercise of options under the company’s Equity Incentive Plan (TSX-V).

The new shares, priced at HKD 1.41 each, represent 0.02 % of the company’s previous issued share capital of 296.98 million shares. Gross proceeds total HKD 0.07 million.

After the issuance, SouthGobi’s outstanding share count rose to 297.03 million. The company reported no treasury shares, redemptions, or share repurchases during the period.

The board confirmed that the share issuance complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
