China Carbon Neutral Development Group Limited disclosed that it completed a placement of 96.59 million new ordinary shares on 17 June 2026 under its general mandate. The new shares were issued at HKD 0.80 each and are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) rose from 8.83 billion shares as at 31 May 2026 to 8.93 billion shares, an increase of 9.85 %. Including treasury shares, the total number of issued shares reached 9.02 billion.

The board confirmed that the placement was duly authorised and executed in accordance with all applicable Hong Kong listing rules, legal requirements and regulatory conditions, with full receipt of proceeds and identical rights attached to the newly issued shares.
