Hygeia Health Buys Back 0.05% of Outstanding Shares, Lifts Treasury Stock to 2.50%

Hygeia Healthcare Holdings Co., Limited (Hygeia Health) disclosed that it repurchased 304,600 ordinary shares on 23 September 2026 via on-market transactions, paying an aggregate HKD 2.99 million at a volume-weighted average price of HKD 9.85 per share (high: HKD 9.85; low: HKD 9.84).

The buyback reduced the company’s outstanding share count to 603.04 million, down 0.05% from 603.34 million on 22 September 2026. All repurchased shares were retained as treasury stock, raising the treasury balance to 15.46 million shares—equivalent to 2.50% of total issued shares (618.50 million). No shares have been cancelled.

The transaction was executed under the share-repurchase mandate granted on 26 June 2026, which authorises Hygeia Health to buy back up to 60.77 million shares. To date, 4.70 million shares—0.77% of the company’s issued share capital as at the mandate date—have been repurchased, leaving approximately 56.07 million shares, or 92% of the authorisation, still available.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Hygeia Health is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, effective until 23 October 2026.
