BBMG Corporation (Hong Kong stock code: 02009) reported that shareholders overwhelmingly endorsed the election of Duan Zhihui as a non-executive director at the company’s 2026 First Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held in Beijing on 31 July 2026.

Key Resolutions Passed 1. Appointment of Duan Zhihui as non-executive director, effective immediately and running through the 2026 annual general meeting. 2. Concurrent designation of Duan as a member of the Board’s Audit and Risk Committee.

Director Profile and Terms Born in December 1974, Duan Zhihui holds a postgraduate degree in Economics (Economic Management) from the Central Party School. He is currently a full-time director at Beijing State-owned Capital Operation Management Company and sits on the boards of Beijing B.J. Electric Motor and Beijing Yuxinyuan Hotel. Duan will receive no separate remuneration for his board role, consistent with compensation terms approved at BBMG’s 2023 AGM.

Regulatory and Procedural Compliance Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services acted as scrutineer for the poll, and Guantao Law Firm confirmed the legality and compliance of the EGM’s convening, procedures and voting outcomes under PRC laws, relevant regulations and BBMG’s Articles of Association.

The EGM was chaired by Executive Director and Board Chairman Jiang Yingwu, with all incumbent executive, non-executive and independent non-executive directors in attendance.
