Greentown China Achieves RMB107.00 Billion in Contracted Sales for the First Seven Months of 2026

Greentown China disclosed unaudited operating figures for the seven months ended 31 July 2026, highlighting combined contracted sales of RMB107.00 billion across 4.88 million sqm of floor area.

Self-investment projects contributed 1.70 million sqm and RMB65.50 billion in contracted sales during January–July, with RMB45.10 billion attributable to the Group. As at end-July, additional subscription sales stood at RMB1.80 billion, of which RMB1.20 billion was attributable to Greentown China.

Within July alone, the Group sold 1,228 self-investment units, covering 170,000 sqm and generating RMB5.40 billion. The average selling price reached RMB31,035 per sqm.

Project-management services added 2.88 million sqm and RMB41.50 billion of sales from January to July. July contributed 480,000 sqm and RMB7.00 billion to these totals.
