CCTC (06951) has issued a notice regarding the partial exercise of the over-allotment option and the conclusion of the stabilization period for its global offering.

The sole global coordinator, acting on its own behalf and on behalf of the international underwriters, partially exercised the over-allotment option on August 5, 2026, as outlined in the prospectus. This involved a total of 8.8569 million H-shares, representing approximately 12.41% of the total number of offer shares available for subscription under the global offering (prior to the exercise of any over-allotment option).

The over-allocated shares will be issued and allotted by the company at a price of HKD 100.30 per H-share. These shares will be used to facilitate the delivery of a portion of the H-shares to placees who have agreed to defer delivery of their subscribed relevant offer shares under the global offering.

Additionally, the stabilization period for the global offering has ended as of August 5, 2026.
