Chaozhou Three-Circle lifts HK$879.40 million via partial greenshoe; stabilisation for IPO ends

Chaozhou Three-Circle (Group) Co., Ltd. announced that the sole overall coordinator partially exercised the over-allotment option on 5 August 2026, issuing 8.86 million H shares—equivalent to 12.41% of the original offer size—at the IPO offer price of HK$100.30 per share.

The transaction will deliver net proceeds of approximately HK$879.40 million, to be allocated on a pro-rata basis according to the use-of-funds plan outlined in the prospectus. Following the additional issuance, total share capital increases to 1,996.72 million shares, with H-share ownership rising to 4.02% from 3.59%.

Listing approval for the extra shares has been granted; trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on 10 August 2026.

Stabilisation activities tied to the global offering concluded on 5 August 2026, the 30th day after the close of Hong Kong public offer applications. Key actions included: • Over-allocations of 10.70 million H shares (15.0% of the base offer). • Market purchases of 1.85 million H shares between HK$86.05 and HK$100.30. • Partial exercise of the over-allotment option for 8.86 million H shares at HK$100.30.

The remaining portion of the greenshoe lapsed upon expiry. The company confirms ongoing compliance with Hong Kong’s public-float requirement.
