PAGODA GP buys back 3.10 million H-shares; treasury holding doubles to 6.18 million

Shenzhen Pagoda Industrial (Group) Corporation Limited (PAGODA GP) disclosed that on 2 April 2026 it repurchased 3.10 million H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 1.82 and HKD 1.90, for a volume-weighted average of HKD 1.88 per share. The cash consideration totaled HKD 5.82 million.

Following the transaction, outstanding shares (excluding treasury stock) fell by 0.16% to 1.99 billion, while treasury shares rose from 3.08 million to 6.18 million. The total issued share count remains unchanged at 2.00 billion.

The repurchases form part of the mandate approved on 5 June 2025, which authorises PAGODA GP to buy back up to 145.39 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 6.18 million shares, representing 0.42% of the company’s issued shares as at the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, PAGODA GP is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 2 May 2026.
