ENN Natural Gas: Morgan Stanley Bank Discloses RMB0.74 Million Net Purchase Amid Privatisation Scheme

26 May 2026—Under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A., a Class (5) associate of the offeror in the planned privatisation of ENN Natural Gas Co., Ltd., reported Delta-1 hedging transactions in the target’s A shares executed on 22 May 2026.

Morgan Stanley Bank bought 43,400 A shares for RMB0.87 million, paying between RMB19.79 and RMB20.30 per share.

On the same day, the bank sold 6,200 A shares for RMB0.12 million, receiving between RMB19.80 and RMB20.30 per share.

After netting the above trades, Morgan Stanley Bank recorded a net purchase of 37,200 shares, equivalent to RMB0.74 million. All transactions were conducted for the bank’s own account and are denominated in renminbi.

The disclosure forms part of the ongoing monitoring process related to the proposed scheme-of-arrangement privatisation of ENN Natural Gas. Morgan Stanley Bank is ultimately owned by Morgan Stanley.
