Heeton Holdings Limited announced that all resolutions put forward at its Annual General Meeting on Apr, 24 2026 were approved by poll.
The eight ordinary resolutions covered the adoption of the FY2025 financial statements, payment of the final dividend, approval of directors’ fees, re-election of directors Li Hiaw Ho and Tan Chuan Lye, re-appointment of Messrs Ernst & Young LLP as auditors with authority for the board to fix their remuneration, a general mandate to issue new shares and the renewal of the share buy-back mandate.
For each resolution, 352,805,659 shares were voted in favour and 10,000 shares were voted against, representing 100.00 per cent and 0.00 per cent of the shares cast respectively. No shareholder was required to abstain from voting.
Following their re-election, Mr Li will continue as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit Committee, while Mr Tan will remain Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration and Nominating Committees. The board regards both directors as independent.
CACS Corporate Advisory Pte Ltd acted as the independent scrutineer for the polls.
