Lum Chang Creations Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Lum Chang Interior Pte. Ltd., has obtained a 32.9 million Singapore dollars contract from Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Co (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. to deliver architectural and related subcontract works for Teck Ghee Station under Contract N109A of the North–South Corridor (Tunnel) between Sin Ming Avenue and Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3.
Work on the project started on Jul, 10 2026 and is expected to run for about 36 months.
The company said the contract will not materially affect its results for the financial year ending Jun, 30 2027, with revenue to be booked progressively according to construction milestones.
