OT-802 is an innovative, self-developed product intended for the treatment of presbyopia. Preclinical studies indicate that OT-802 features a rapid onset of action and a high safety profile. The group has applied the same dual-chamber liquid formulation technology used for OT-101 (0.01% atropine sulfate ophthalmic solution) to OT-802, effectively addressing product stability challenges. The group holds exclusive patent rights for this proprietary technology. The authorization for the Phase III clinical trial of OT-802 was accepted by the Center for Drug Evaluation of China's National Medical Products Administration in June 2025.
