GW Tiandi Signals Turnaround With Expected RMB1.50 Billion Interim Profit on Debt Restructuring Gain

Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Company Limited (GW Tiandi) issued a positive profit alert for the six months ended 30 June 2026, projecting a profit attributable to owners of not less than RMB1.50 billion. The group posted a RMB214.10 million loss in the corresponding 2025 period, marking a significant year-on-year swing back to profitability.

The expected turnaround is mainly driven by a one-off gain arising from the group’s offshore debt restructuring completed during the interim period. Excluding this non-recurring item, GW Tiandi anticipates an underlying loss attributable to owners of no more than RMB55.00 million, primarily linked to a property project impairment provision and a fair value loss on investment properties.

Management stressed that the figures are based on unaudited management accounts and remain subject to audit review. The detailed interim results are scheduled for release around the end of August 2026. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares until the final numbers are confirmed.
